Are you feeling the urge to seek guarantees about your return on investment before taking a significant step in your business? Instead, consider asking yourself: "How can I build trust in this investment?"
When I completed my college education, there were no assurances that I would secure a lucrative job. Similarly, when I embarked on my online coaching venture, I had no certainty of its success, especially after my first business had failed!
Investing substantial amounts in my personal growth and development as a coach and entrepreneur left me without guarantees of a payoff. The reality is that the future is unpredictable. The only thing within your control is your mindset, which can empower you to take the actions necessary to achieve your desired outcomes.
If you constantly tell yourself that an investment won't benefit you, it likely won't before you've even tried. If you perceive the cost as excessive, or believe that it’s too challenging or impossible to succeed, those thoughts will hinder your progress. Doubts about your potential and the limiting beliefs you hold can lead to procrastination, ultimately preventing you from moving forward.
You must cultivate trust in yourself.
Instead of asking me for guaranteed results, reflect on this: Where am I lacking trust? Because if you heed my advice, apply it diligently with the right mindset, and persist through challenges, I have faith you'll find success—because you are passionate about growth.
Growth necessitates taking leaps into the unknown and engaging in activities outside your comfort zone. So, trust in your capacity to tackle challenges.
Trust your intuition and instincts.
Trust that the universe supports you.
Trust that, regardless of outcomes, you will be alright.
Trust that it's okay to embrace discomfort.
Trust that every investment you make ultimately benefits you.
Trust is the foundation of everything. When you nurture trust, you become unstoppable; nothing can impede your progress.
