For Aurora, language-related professions—teaching, translation, proofreading—might seem irrelevant to some business experts, but they resonate deeply with her. Engaging with languages brings her joy, sparks her interest, and instills a sense of confidence and worth.

Business coaches may express concern about her choice, especially with predictions of AI encroaching on translation jobs. However, this doesn't faze her. She understands that to reach her fullest potential, she must follow her unique calling.

As Marcus Aurelius noted, the pain of fulfilling one’s natural role is not contrary to nature, as long as each part performs its designated task.

Why, then, would she continue to support clients dealing with mental health issues if it compromises her happiness?

Absolutely!

But beware of the regret that comes with waking up at 40, engulfed in anxiety, devoid of motivation, and realizing you’ve lived someone else’s dreams without pursuing your own passion.

Many people find themselves in this situation, but it doesn't have to be your reality. Choosing a career based on others’ opinions can lead to disastrous outcomes.

Instead, align your career with your innate inclinations:

• Build a business around your deepest passions.
• Engage in work that you would do in your leisure time.

Ask yourself, "What do I love doing so much that it could be my profession?" The answer points you toward your ideal career.

My beloved fiancée has chosen to focus on language learning, and while many coaches criticize her for this decision, suggesting she won't achieve the same level of impact or financial success, the truth is clear: her greatest impact stems from her truest passion.
